The pressures of modern day living are felt more acutely today than ever before. Self-care is a term we are now very familiar with, but carving out a little time for ourselves is not so easy. We invite you to step into our woodland world, sit a while around the fire, share a brew, pause, and breathe.

Learn how to light a fire that will warm you and nourish you, learn how to handle a knife safely to create something beautiful you can treasure. Enjoy deepening your nature connection though Forest Bathing, mindfulness and increased knowledge of the natural world. Our adult sessions are currently for all, but we hope to help you find your 'tribe'. It may be that more niche groups will form in time, allowing more natural self-expression and peer support.
